If you plan to use insurance, we’ll need a doctor’s referral to begin the intake process.
Referrals may be faxed to us at 417-815-9405.
For families seeking ABA Therapy:
An autism diagnosis is required. In this case, autism diagnostic paperwork can be provided instead of a doctor’s referral.
While we are waiting to receive your referral or diagnostic paperwork, you are welcome to begin the intake application online.
Once we receive your documentation, our team will guide you through the remaining forms and help determine the next steps for your child’s therapy.
